1. Championship Platinum - Highest level of competition. Championship format. (Must play last day)

2A. Championship "Super Gold" - Advanced competition. Championship format. (Must play last day)

2B. Showcase "Super Gold" - Advanced competition. Showcase format.

 

Next 3 Divisions  |  Tier 2  |  Lower Cost  |  Varsity & Non Varsity  | 2 Refs 

1. Gold - Competitive Varsity competition. Showcase format.

2. Silver - Advanced "NON-Varsity" competition. Showcase format.

3. Bronze - Competitive "NON-Varsity" competition. Showcase format

 

**Scheduling Notes & Need to knows:

1. Most Teams: will be scheduled for 1 game per day on 3 consecutive days in order to accommodate the schedule for the large number of teams participating.

2. ALL TEAMS: must play a minimum of 2 days in order to participate.

3. ALL TEAMS: receive a 3 game guarantee. 

4. Out of State teams: have the option to play 4 games per participating team.

5. Championship format teams: Must play on Final day of the event.

2025 Colorado Live Showcase "FORMAT" Information

I acknowledge and agree to the following:

New Format Selections

A). Championship Format:

1. This format is only available to Varsity teams in Tier 1 Divisions. Must be selected.

2. Teams play 2 set pool games & 1 bracket game assigned on the last day of the event.

3. Teams will be matched up with an opponent with "similar results" for the bracket game on the last day. (Example: 2-0 vs 2-0. 1-1 vs. 1-1. 0-2 vs. 0-2)

B.) Showcase Format:

1. Teams play 3 pre-set Showcase games.

2. Must play a minimum of 2 days.

Championship Format Participants | Tier 1:
I understand that if I select for my team(s) to participate, they will play 2 pool games (prior to the last day) & 1 assigned Championship bracket game on the last day of the event. I understand we will be REQUIRED to play on the LAST DAY of the event.

**Boys Event only: Championship Format participants start June 27 or 28, 2025.

Showcase "Super Gold" Participants | Tier 1:                                                                            

I understand that if I select for my team(s) to participate that they will play 3 pre-set Showcase games & play a minimum of two days.

Gold, Silver, and Bronze Divisions Participation | Tier 2:         

I understand that if I select for my team(s) to participate in the Gold, Silver, or Bronze divisions, those teams will play 3 pre-set Showcase games & play a minimum of two days.

**Boys Event only: Gold, Silver, & Bronze MUST BE OPEN to start June 26th, 2025.

By submitting payment, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Early Registration Pricing:
I understand that the Early Bird pricing is only valid through April 30th. Payments received after April 30th will be charged at the Regular registration price.

Platinum & Super Gold (Tier 1) - Early Reg. - $400 | Regular Regulation - $425
Gold, Silver, Bronze (Tier 2) - Early Reg. - $375 | Regular Registration - $400

Additional Event Update:

I understand there is a cost increase due to additional staffing, officials, and facility rental increase. I also understand there is a majority increase this year for DPS facilities requiring significant added hourly fees for mandatory additions of armed security, multiple unarmed security, along with multiple custodial workers to accommodate this event due to the new DPS Community Use Policy.

Refunds:

Eligible for full refund before regular registration ends. Eligible for partial refund after full registration ends. No refunds after late registration ends.
